How to Get Support for QuickBooks Desktop version 2021?

While Intuit no longer offers live phone support for QuickBooks Desktop 2021 as of May 31, 2024.
Here are some alternative resources you can leverage for help:

  • Community Forums: Intuit maintains a community forum for QuickBooks users. You can search for solutions related to your issue or post a question and get help from other users or moderators.
  • Knowledge Base:  Intuit's extensive knowledge base offers a vast collection of articles, tutorials, and FAQs on various QuickBooks topics. You can search for specific keywords related to your problem and find helpful resources.
  • Upgrade to a QuickBooks Supported Version: Consider upgrading to a newer, supported version of QuickBooks Desktop. Upgrading will entitle you to live technical support and access to the latest features and security updates. Intuit may offer special upgrade pricing for users transitioning from older versions.


For contacting support through the software itself, although it might not be available in your version anymore, here's what you can try:

  • Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Go to Help and then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us. (This option might be unavailable in 2021 versions).
